Technical Revision Application - Stipulation No. 4

Dear Ms. Johnston:
Stipulation No. 4 to the permit required that certain soil sampling
be performed and submitted to the Division by May 31, 1994. The
soil sampling has been performed in accordance with the agreed upon
sampling plan. The results were positive. All of the soil samples
proved to be suitable plant growth media.
Enclosed is an application for a technical revision to incorporate
the results of the soil sampling project into the permit. The
following revised pages, tables and drawing comprise this technical
revision application.
