C-81-010 PR - 2 <br />Dear Moffat County Commissioners: <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.5(3)(h) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that a permit <br />revision and permit renewal to the existing coal mining and reclamation permit <br />was proposed for approval to Trapper Mining Inc on April 08, 1988 for the <br />Trapper Mine Mine. <br />The surface mining operation is located approximately five miles southwest of <br />Craig, Colorado, South on Highway 13/789 from Craig. <br />The area affected by the permit revision is more specifically described as <br />follows: <br />Sections 5 and 6 in T5h!, R901;; portions of Sections 1,4 and 5 and all of <br />Sections 2 and 3 in TSN, P, 91 W; portions of Sections 30 and 32 and all of <br />Section 31 in T6N, R901d; and portions of Sections 21, 25, 2.6, 27, 2.8, 29, <br />and 32 and all of Sections 33, 34, 35, and 36 in T6N, P.91W, All of this <br />area is in Moffat County, Colorado. <br />A copy of the proposed decision is enclosed <br />please contact me. <br />If you have any questions, <br />Since rely, <br />Gregg R.
