The reseeding was based <br />only on existing disturbance of approximately 6 acres. To increase to 9 acres would <br />amount to $4950.00. In that region, I have always noted a very good re-growth in the <br />soil. I do not feel there would be a 30% failure rate. <br />The same number was true for sloping the highwall, as exists. I proposed we do it the <br />same as we do at the Hardship pit and slope as we mine to eliminate a large expense at <br />the end. At the present, I do not anticipate this site to reach the full 9 acres, because of <br />past sales for this product. It does not meet specifications for concrete aggregate, <br />allowing it to only be used as a landscape material. <br />Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
