Steen, to Golden <br />Tontine LLC, a Colorado company; <br />2) Copy of'Conveyance of Contractual Rights to Develop Surface <br />Resources, Gold Hill and Central Mining Districts' dated June 6, <br />1998, from Golden Tontine LLC to tTEC Environmental <br />Colorado Inc., a Colorado corporation; <br />3) Copy of a Quit Claim Deed dated May 14, 1998, from Denver <br />East Machinery Company to ITEC, conveying the Oscar and <br />Good Enough Lode Claims (i.e., the Gotd Hill Mi11 itself) and <br />associated lands; and <br />
