Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
November 02, 1989, a technical revision application fora permit to conduct
coal mining operations, File No. C-81-012 (TR - 16), by Wyoming Fuel Company,
10250 Highway 12, Weston, CO 81091, was deemed complete for the purposes of
filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and
Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of fiiing.
The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on Section
23, T33S, R68W.
The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map
of YiDil. A copy of the technical revision application is available for
public inspection at the Las Animas County Courthouse, First St & Maple
Street, Trinidad, CO. Written comments, objections or requests for an
informal conference on the technical revision application may be submitted to,
and additional information obtained from, the Mined Land Reclamation Division,
