That falls on President's Day which I think is a <br />holiday. Also, tha February meeting should be on February <br />27 and 28, according to your staff. Because the law <br />requires action be taken within 90 days oP filing and the <br />filing date is November 19, 1990 then it appears the Board <br />must consider the application at the January meeting. It is <br />important the application be considered at the January <br />meeting as this pit is a major source of road material for <br />the E1 Paso County 'Praneportation Department. If action is <br />delayed until Febru.sry there could be problems with <br />acquiring sanding material during the middle of the winter. <br />Although the application must certainly be reviewed <br />properly, I request on behalf of Vida Solberg and the E1 <br />Paso County Transportation Department that, if at all <br />possible, the application be planned for consideration at <br />the January meeting so the statutory time lines are not <br />missed and the supply of material ie not interrupted. <br />Thank you for your 'kind consideration. <br />Respectfully, <br />~~~~~ a <br />Mark A.
