ERHIIIIT G (Cont'd)
119.01 acres t. It is expected there ~:•ill be some evapora-
tive loss from these lake surfaces.
{Vater to be used in the revegetation program is
minimal. Grasses will be seeded, ferti.]ized and mulched
and trees will be planted as described in Exhibit E. Tl~e plan
does not call for watering of the grasses and trees.
R'here possible, overburden material will be used to
backfill and reduce water area, thus minimizing any
• evaporation effects.
The operator's intention is to minimize disturbances
to the prevailing hydrologic balance of the affected land
and of the surrounding area and to the quality and cuantity
of water in surface and ground water systems, Uotl~ during
and after the mining and during reclamation, t'alco believes
it is in compliance with federal and state laws and regula-
tions governing water and water rights. There is no applica-
tion of the dredge law or siltation structure removal require-
ment.
It is not expected that these ongoing operations will
cause measurable, material injury to senior water rights.
