These pages have been
revised due to a re-alignment of the access road from [he batch weigh loadou[ stockpile area to the waste
pile and adjustments to bond calculations included with [he Division's approval letter.
The access road alignment that was previously submitted has been shifted slightly to the south to decrease
the amount of turning required for dozer traffic on the roadway. The new alignment of this roadway
results in an increase in the area that must be stripped of topsoil and is across an area that was not
previously disturbed. The estimate of topsoil salvage volume for the new alignment of 444 cy is based on
a 30' wide, 300' length of road in a previously undisturbed area with a topsoil depth of I6". The topsoil
salvage volume estimate submitted with [he original Minor Revision was 333 cy. The adjusted alignment
and change in topsoil salvage volume will be shown on Maps 24 and 29 with TCC's next revision
submittal.
Bond calculations were adjusted to match the estimates provided by the Division with [he approval letter.
Additional topsoil will be salvaged due to [he change in road alignment and the total bond calculated for
this revision is $7,355.00.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
