Minor Revision 92-75: Permit C-82-056. Foidel <br />Creek Mine <br />Enclosed please find additional information pertaining to the above referenced minor revision. <br />These revised materials (pages EX.1 A-8 and Table 1) are confidential, and reFlect the changes <br />in coal extraction for Federal Lease C-20900 associated with the modifications. <br />These modifications will result in an increase of tons mined from Federal Lease /1 C-20900. <br />Approximately 136,275 additional recoverable tons of coal will be mined from the lease. The <br />required minor mine plan modification has been submitted to the BLM concurrent with this <br />minor revision application to the Division. <br />These pages will replace the currently approved permit pages, and will be subsequently <br />superseded by the already submitted Permit Revision 1f2 pages upon approval of the PR.
