<br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
<br />August 22, 1991, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal
<br />mining operations, File No. C-84-065 (TR - OS), by NCIG Financial, Inc., P.O.
<br />Box 92401, Los Angeles, California 90009, was deemed complete for the purposes
<br />of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and
<br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
<br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on
<br />the following lands:
<br />T6S, R91W, Section 1: Those lands in the NE/4 yet south of County Road 335,
<br />lots 3 and 4, 5/2, 5/2 NW/4
<br />T6S, R90W, Section 6: All lands south of County Road 335.
<br />T65, R90W, Section 5: Ali lands in S/2 SW/4.
<br />T65, R90W, Secticn 8: Alt lands in N/2, N/2 5E/4, and NE/4 SW/4.
<br />T6S, R90W, Section 9: All lands in S/2 NW/4, and SW/4.
<br />T65, R90W, Section 15: All lands in NW/4
<br />T6S, R90W, Section 7: All lands in NE/4 and N/2 NW/4.
<br />T6S, R91W, Section 12: All lands in N/2 NE/4.
<br />T65, R90W, Section 16: Ail lands in N/2 NE/4, NE/4 NW14.
<br />The revision consists of designs for a 15,000 cubic yard coal processing waste
<br />pile within the disturbed area of the mine.
<br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map
<br />of Storm King Mountain. A copy of the technical revision application is
<br />available for public inspection at the Garfield County Courthouse, 109 8th
<br />Street, Suite 200, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Written comments may be
<br />submitted and additional information may be obtained from the Mined land
<br />Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203,
