Dear Mr. Dudash:
The DMG's letter dated April 3, 2006, transmitted its adequacy review for the
referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its
responses to the DMG's comments and concerns:
1. No response required.
2. The reclamation schedule for the structures at the unit train loadout was moved
to the current year through the first quarter of 2007. BRL intends to crush the
concrete from the silos and other structures. The crushed product will be
stockpiled on site for future use. This commitment to crush and use the concrete
should reduce the bond amount by about $70,000.
3. See item 2.
4. No response required.
5. I did not receive the reclamation estimate. Please at least provide the summary
pages.
