On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its <br />responses to the DMG's comments and concerns: <br />1. No response required. <br />2. The reclamation schedule for the structures at the unit train loadout was moved <br />to the current year through the first quarter of 2007. BRL intends to crush the <br />concrete from the silos and other structures. The crushed product will be <br />stockpiled on site for future use. This commitment to crush and use the concrete <br />should reduce the bond amount by about $70,000. <br />3. See item 2. <br />4. No response required. <br />5. I did not receive the reclamation estimate. Please at least provide the summary <br />pages. <br />Amended Figure 2.05-5 is enclosed.
