In order to develop the quarry is an <br />orderly manner, Ideal is hereby applying for binding of five areas <br />of the Boettcher quarry, covered by the referenced permit, as ah rnvn <br />on the accontpat{ying map e. Parcels 1, 2, ~d 3 fil l is between <br />previously b coded areas, and paroels 4 end 5 are contiguous with <br />previously bonded areas. The Boettcher quarry hoe 495.2 acres <br />presently bmded in the amount oP $570,504, or $1,152 per acre. <br />All areas of the quarry are considered active except the north <br />900 feet is which mining was completed in 1985. <br />Ideal proposes to band the subject areas, approumately 128.6 acres <br />a measured by planimeter, at the same rate, for an additional boor:: of <br />$146,728, bringing the total bond to $718,232.
