To date, the Division has not received any adequacy responses. The
permit renewal decision date is August 17, 1992.
The timely submittal of your responses to the Division's adequacy questions is an
important step to a successful permit renewal. Failure to supply this information could
lead to denial of the request for permit renewal, permit revocation and bond forfeiture,
and the placement of Energy Fuels on the Applicant Violator System.
Sincerely,
~~ V
~dc~seph J. ~ udash
Reclamation Specialist
JJD/bjw
cc: Dan Hernandez
M:\oss\bjw\jjd.ltr
