Kamnikar <br />RE: Braley Sand and Gravel, Inc., <br />United States Bankruptcy Court <br />95-12009 SBB <br />Dear Ms. Kamnikar: <br />I am advised that your office is seeking to increase the <br />amount of reclamation bond for Braley Sand ~ Gravel, Inc., from <br />$47,500.00 to $71,734.00, as recalculated by the DMG, for the site <br />located at 8505 Mountain View Road, Littleton, Colorado. <br />Please be advised that Braley Sand fi Gravel, Inc., is <br />currently in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, jointly <br />administered with the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings for James <br />D. Braley under case number 95-12008 RJB. The proceedings provide <br />for a stay which encompasses your efforts to increase the bond.
