Terror Creek Company has decided to place its fuel
tanks within an earthen berm in lieu of the proposed concrete
containment. The new earthen berm containment will be constructed
at approximately the same location as the previous containment.
The reason for this decision is the hassle and expense involved in
bonding the proposed concrete containment.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Jim Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
cc: Kelly Fritzler
