Long <br />Dimsion Director <br />On August 19, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Com <br />Construction Company to Western Mobile, Inc. for the North Delta Pit, permit No. M-79-OD2. Westem <br />Mobile, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the North Delta Pit, and as such, is responsible for sll provisions <br />in Permit No. M-79-002, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. Enclosed is the frlllowing Gulf <br />Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. 54 4~ 22, in the amount of $29,026.00, and the Performance <br />Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as of the August 19, 1999 Division approval for <br />the succession of operators.
