Our specific concerns are listed on the enclosed pages. <br />As I mentioned to you previously, we were somewhat concerned with how the measures <br />proposed in the revision would affect the CDPS discharge permit. I discussed this issue with <br />John Kubic of WQCD yesterday, and he indicated that addressing the changes in your CDPS <br />permit renewal application as you have apparently done would be satisfactory, and that <br />WQCD approval would not be required prior to implementation of TR-22.
