In the Division's first adequacy review for PR-9, you had several
questions concerning the groundwater hydrologic monitoring plan. Your memo dated August 10, 2005
listed five questions. BRL has responded in a submittal dated September 14, 2005.
Attached is one complete copy of the BRL submittal. Your five questions are listed in questions 8A
through 8E. I would appreciate it if you could review BRL's responses and provide a memo to me
detailing your conclusions. If you need additional information, please let me know.
The decision due date for PR-9 is October 11, 2005. I will be on vacation from October 5 through
October 19. If I could get your memo by September 30, I would appreciate it. Thanks for your
assistance.
Attachments
cc: Sandy Brown (without attachments)
c:/word bow i e2/pr9m emo5
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Gmlo¢ical Survw
