The subject areas would have been a little bit easier to <br />recognize if I had been able to provide you with a color copy. In any event, all the <br />shaded azeas shown were submitted for Phase I bond release. The areas with the <br />additional shaded border were also considered for Phase II bond release. Let me know if <br />this helps or adds confusion to your deliberations. <br />By the way, the 11 acre pazcel in the northwest comer of the Permit Area was part of the <br />Phase I application, as we discussed. <br />Sincere <br />onald W.
