Your office last reviewed the mine plan in 1990, when <br />the permit azea was expanded. No changes in the permit area or disturbance boundary have since <br />occurred. In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be <br />submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology at the above address by 5:00 p.m. on <br />September 5, ] 995. If no comments are received by this date, we will proceed on the assumption <br />that your agency has no concerns with or objections to the applicant's proposal. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library, 225 East <br />Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado. Written comments, objections or requests for an informal <br />conference on the application may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567.
