h ~._ C-1981-025, RN-04, Changes to the proposed Public Notice Please make the following changes to the proposed public notice for the reasons listed. Reason 1. [Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(i)] Please change so much of the second pazagraph that reads "The mine permit azea is located in Pitkin County, in lands located -- "to read "The mine permit area is located in Pitkin County, in the North Thomson Creek drainage, approximately 10 miles to the southwest of Carbondale on Garfield County Road 108 and Pitkin County Road 1, in lands located -". Although the Division considers the location and boundary descriptions as adequate, a more precise description could be provided by adding "A more precise description of mine site boundaries is depicted on Map D-2-2 of the Permit Application Package. This map is included in this description by reference." Reason 2. [Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(i)] Please change so much of the third paragraph that reads "This loadout permit azea is located in Garfield County, south of the Roaring Ford River, in lands --" to read "This loadout permit area is located in Garfield County, south of the Roaring Fork River, approximately 2 miles north, on Garfield County Road 019, from the intersection with Garfield County Road 108, in lands -". Although the Division considers the location and boundary descriptions as adequate, a more precise description could be provided by adding a last sentence to read "Amore precise description of the Loadout Site boundaries is depicted on Map D-4- 14 of the Permit Application Package. This map is included in this description by reference." Reason 3. 4`s pazagraph [Rule 2.07.3(2)] The proposed public notice did not include one of the appropriate USGS quadrangles. Please add "Cattle Creek, CO" to the list of USGS quadrangles. (covers some of the Loadout Site) Reason 5.4`b paragraph [Rule 2.07.3(2)(c)] Please add the address of the Garfield Count Clerk and Recorder's Office (109 8`" St Ste 200).
