Instead, the receipt of this <br />extension request will be noted in the monthly activity report appended to the <br />agenda. Montrose and San Miguel Counties have been notified of the Division's <br />receipt of the temporary cessation extension request for the above-captioned <br />operations. <br />Please be aware of Rule 1.63, particularly the clause that states: <br />"In no case shall temporary cessation be continued for more <br />than ten (10) years without terminating the mining operation <br />and fully complying with the reclamation requirements of this <br />article." <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tet.
