All other <br />conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-76-009-HR remain in full force and effect. <br />1. Detention sediment basin No. l is critical to all stages of both Phases 1 and 2. <br />Construction will be coordinated to be an early step in the initial stage of Phase <br />1. Construction of this detention/sediment basin can only occur ;tfter the south <br />quarry wall is mined back far enough and the crusher fines stockpile is moved to <br />the north side of [he quarry floor, making room for the bash.. Centennial <br />Materials will notify the Division when theses two items have been completed. <br />Construction of the basin will be completed within 120 days after [lte notification. <br />2. The final designs and specifications for the stotmwater management facilities on <br />the quarry boor will be submitted to the Division at least 60 da~~s prior to the <br />proposed date for start of construction of each facility. <br />3. The revegatation growth medium, will be a blend of waste rock, fines from the <br />crushing operation and salvaged soil. Testing of various blends of Ihese materials <br />will be conducted to determine the best growth medium. A plan for testing to <br />determine the most suitable growth medium will be submitted to the Division <br />within 120 days of the approval date of [his amendment. <br />
