<br />Delta Send and Gravel CO. <br />PIT !11 Amendment <br />M.L.R.B. ~ M-77-020 <br />July 14, 1997 <br /> <br />FUBLIBNED NOTICE OF APPLICATION FILING FOR <br />A MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />Pursuant to rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act of <br />1976, H.B. 1065), notice is hereby given that the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider an amendment to a <br />permit application by Delta Sand and Gravel Co., 931 East Highway <br />92, Delta, CO 81416, to conduct a surface mining operation for <br />sand and gravel on lands located in Section 18, Township 15 <br />South, Range 92 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Delta County, <br />Colorado. <br />Mining started in 1977 and will be completed in the year <br />2012.
