A well permit will <br />be necessary to cover the water use associated with this parcel. <br />An application will be made to cover the estimated losses from <br />surface area of the lake. It will be Glen Blacks responsibility <br />to file the necessary adjudication documents to have a claim on <br />the water covered by the well permit.
