BANTA, Dlreetor <br />February 24, 1989 <br />Concetta Zelletti <br />635 2nd Avenue <br />Durango, Colorado. 81301 <br />RE: Bond Forfeiture, Coal Gulch tdine, Permit No. C-84-067 <br />Dear Ms. Zelletti: <br />This letter is to inform .you that the Colorado i4ined Land Reclamation Board <br />will continue the formal public hearing that was initiated December 13, 1988. <br />The Board on that date made a motion to continue the hearing on March 22-23 <br />for the purpose of reviewing the Division of t4ined Land Reclamation's request <br />that the Board declare the performance bond in the amount of $140,000.00 for <br />the Peerless Resources Inc. Coal Gulch Mine (Permit No. C-84-067) as <br />forfeited. The area affected by this action is contained within the permit <br />area of the Coal Gulch dine, including portions of Sections 16, 21 and 22, <br />T35N, R10W, N.M. Prime Meridian in La Plata County. The hearing will be held <br />ttarch 22-23, 1989 in Room 220 at the address below.
