Deaz Mr. Fancher:
On April 21, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the
Division on January 27, 2003, addressing the following:
Post mining land use of developed water resources and revised reclamation plan to include installation of
two (2) lined water storage cells totaling 43 surface acres.
The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1974-
069. All other conditions and requirements of Pemvt No. M-1974-069 remainin full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $300,000.00 for the Latimer Pit exceeds the performance bond held. If you have
not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $252,800.00 or a replacement bond in the
amount of $300,000.00. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
