[anany <br /> Division Director <br />Loveland, CO 80539 <br />Re: Latimer Pit, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-1974-069, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Fancher: <br />On April 21, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on January 27, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Post mining land use of developed water resources and revised reclamation plan to include installation of <br />two (2) lined water storage cells totaling 43 surface acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1974- <br />069. All other conditions and requirements of Pemvt No. M-1974-069 remainin full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $300,000.00 for the Latimer Pit exceeds the performance bond held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $252,800.00 or a replacement bond in the <br />amount of $300,000.00.
