It is our understanding that Abraha Vasquez <br />wishes to take this portion of our permit over tr m Vernon <br />irupp, the owner. the legal description on our p rmit was <br />not listed correctly and should be changed to rea as shown <br />on exhibit A, and should be calculated as approxi ately 30 <br />acres, however we need to be given credit on our and for <br />4U acres since that is the amount that we were ch rged <br />for, the area in question is shown on exhibits b B b C. <br />We also wish to delete from the area known a Arkins <br />Park North, 16.3 acres as this was also calculate <br />incorrectly on the original permit. The acreage as <br />calculated on the whole description not on that w ich lies <br />west of No_ L'o. Rd. S 27. These two corrections/ eletions <br />will bring our permitted acreage to 160.61 acres. We also <br />request that our reclamation bond of 537200.00 be educed <br />proportionately. According to my calculations ou band <br />should be 527545.00. As soon as we hear from you a will <br />have our bank issue you a new Letter of credit an ask you <br />to return the original one. <br />I also need to know if the original application fee <br />that we paid is transferrable to Abraham Vasquez o if he <br />has to pay an additional fee. If it is transferr le then <br />we need to make some financial arrangements with M . <br />Vasquez for reimbursement of said fees.
