Brighton does ask that the area be backfiiled sufficiently to allow for the <br />eventual construction of a slurry wall for Cell 3. <br />It is understood shat Ready-Mixed will be requesting a "Cechnical Revision with the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety for this plan and requires this authorization <br />from Brighton to proceed. <br />Feel free to contact us if we can he of further assistance. <br />Directo+' of Public Works <br />
