This comment is not addressed a[ [his time. in the near future, Wyoming Fuel Company will be <br />submitting a request for a technical revision regarding the woody plant standard. All relevant information will <br />be included with that submittal. <br />12. Pages 38 and 39 of the narrative have been revised to include the design criteria of Pond #1 as presented <br />on Figure 2 and page 26 and 27 of Addendum 2 (Volume IV). <br />14. Pages 39 and 40 of the narrative have been revised to include the design criteria of the new Pond #2. The <br />design criteria have been added to Appendix Q of the permit. <br />15. Location of culverts and ditches are shown on Figure 2 and discussed on page 33. This information will <br />be verified during a proposed field inspection to be conducted during the month of April 1990. Appropriate <br />revisions to the drainage plan will be submitted following this inspection. <br />16. We are currently unaware of any small area exemptions for sediment control which exist within the permit <br />area. <br />17. Copies of the second and third quarter NPDES Discharge Monitoring reports have been attached for your <br />review and tile. <br />Backfilline and Gradine -Rules 2.05.3(31, 2.05.3(4), 2.05.4(2)(a), 2.05.4(2)(c), 4.09, 4.13 and 4.14 <br />18. The rill and Gully Plan that is outlined in the 1986 permit renewal adequacy response letter dated October <br />27, 1986 has been incorporated into the permit document on page 65. in reference to the annual submittal <br />of rill and gully inspections, WFC onsite personnel conduct the required inspections, however, no formal <br />submittal has been made to the Division far 1987 through 1989. During these inspections, no significant rills <br />or gullies were identified and only minor maintenance was preformed. Should rills or gullies be identified <br />during the May 1990 inspection, a map of locations with appropriate mitigative measures will be submitted <br />to the Division. <br />
