Response: "The Directors and Officers for Coalgrace II, Inc. were listed on page 2.03-5 of
the permit renewal application (dated July 11, 2001). Mr. Riddlesperger is still the
Assistant Secretary of record. Mr. McMahon was incorrectly listed as a current
officer. As noted below, Mr. McMahon was end dated on 9/19/99. A
replacement page with the current (as of February 21, 2002) Officers and
Directors of Coalgrace II, Inc. is included in Attachment 1. End Dates for the
other individuals are listed below. A notarized letter identifying the end dates is
included in Attachment 2.
