The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />(CDMG) provided deficiency comments to HGCC in a letter dated November 12, 2001. Mr. John <br />Weinman with Montgomery Watson Harza reviewed the comments with you during a phone <br />conversation on February 5, 2002. General Comment 2, as well as W.R. Grace & Company AVS <br />Comment 2 were resolved during the phone conversation. However, written responses to these <br />comments have also been provided in the response package for completeness purposes. <br />Responses to each of the comments and requests are below and aze numbered accordingly. As <br />appropriate, replacement pages to the permit are provided in Attachment 1. Revisions on the <br />replacement pages aze in bold text to help you track the changes. <br />General Comment 1 Please update permit section 2.03.4ldentiScation ofFnterests. <br />Response: HGCC has provided revisions [o Section 2.03.4 Identification of Interests as <br />appropriate. The updated pages aze included in Attachment 1. These pages (with a <br />revision date of 3/02) need to replace the existing pages 2.03-5 and 2.03-6 (that <br />have a revision date of 6 f 07). <br />General Comment 2 Is Bob Bevll/ still the resident agent? Please update section 2.03.4 <br />to show this information, along with the address and phone <br />number ofthe ResidentAgent. <br />Response: As indicated on page 2.03-3 of the permit renewal application (dated July 11, 2001), <br />Mr. John Weinman is the Resident Agent.
