Cattany <br />Division DireLYOr <br />Na[ual Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on November 12, 2003, Fremont County, whose address and telephone number aze County <br />Commissioners 615 Macon Ave., Room #100, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 276-7300, filed an Amendment <br />application to M-1994-118, Phantom Canyon Pit, which is located at or neaz Section 16, Township 165, Range <br />69W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Teller County. The applicafion decision is scheduled for December 12, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Teller County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections of the mine plan and/or the reclamafion plan, they must be submitted <br />within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process <br />by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
