Cottony <br />Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package, <br />Phantom Canyon Pit, Permit No. M-1994118, AM - 2 <br />Dear Mr. McNew: <br />On November 12, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Constmction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Amendment application for the Phantom Canyon Pit, which is located in Teller County. <br />All comment and review periods began on November 12, 2003. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for December 12, 2003. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the <br />notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all <br />owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 <br />days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return <br />Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any <br />changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy <br />which has been placed with the Teller County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />the Act.
