<br />ty Roatl 27, Oak Creek, Coloratlo 60467, has submit-
<br />tetl arequest for three Technical Revisions (TR) to th0
<br />Foidel Creek Mine, Permi[ Number C-82-056. The
<br />purpose of the revisions (FR OS-45, 46, antl 47) is to
<br />tlocument existing tlrainaga control measures for
<br />several smelt mine disturbance areas, clarity and
<br />uptlate delineation o1 active mine hayl roads, and
<br />redesignate two existing water stpild$tp features as
<br />mine impoundments.
