Notice of Informal Conference
The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology will hold an informal conference regarding a request for a
Phase I bond release at the former NW-1 vent shaft at the Golden Eagle mine, operated by Basin Resources,
Inc, Permit No. C-1981-013. The conference will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at the law
offices of Jim Tatum, 129 N. Commercial Street, Trinidad, CO 81082.
