The
monitoring well is needed to replace one that unexpectedly bridged off during the spring. This
well was slated to be replaced at a later date, but the bridging has caused TCC to replace it at
an earlier date.
It is anticipated to begin drilling by mid to late July; therefore, a timely review of this minor
revision will be appreciated greatly. As you can see by review of the revised materials there
will be minimal surface disturbance associated with the drilling program. I have attached a list
of the revised pages and maps associated with this revision.
The bond calculation shows that the bond will have to be increased by $6,300 to cover the work
which will be allowed by this revision. However, TCC is currently overbonded by $177,656,
and once this revision is approved TCC will be overbonded by $171,356.
If there are questions concerning this minor revision, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincere _
~~
Richard Mills
Supervisor, Environmental Affairs
RAM: dg
Attachment
