TRAPPER 1~iNiNG iNC.
February 22, 2007
Ms. Janet Binns
Environmental Protection Specialist
Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Deaz Ms. Binns:
and Monitorine Boreholes in the G/K Pits
RECE~~E~?
FEB 2 6 2007
Divisrco v ^ ~~:•:~maaon,
Mining:::~~;; :;diety
Z Pit
In your letter of February 15, 2007 you requested the following additional information
with regazd to the above referenced MR-212.
• Descriptions and locations of the proposed access roads and drill pads
• Reclamation costs for the drill hole access roads and pads
• Revised permit page for reclamation estimate to insert into Appendix A
Nine of the 16 sites in the application aze on areas that have already been disturbed. No
additional costs aze shown for these sites as this disturbance is accounted for in out
current reclamation cost estimate. Grading, topsoiling and seeding costs for the remaining
seven sites were calculated using the same unit costs that your Mr. Burnell used with
Trapper's NOI CX-2005-189-006. A figure is attached that shows all of the sites as well
as proposed access roads to the seven sites that are currently in undisturbed areas. In
addition Table MR-212-1, to be inserted into Appendix A, is attached. This table
summarizes the total additional reclamation liability associated with this project including
the hole sealing costs from the original application. The total added cost is $40,182.15
including indirect costs.
As with the drill hole locations, the proposed access mad locations represent the best
estimate based on information available today. Unexpected core hole results or field
conditions may result in modifications to these proposed locations. In any event, Trapper
will submit actual locations with other information that is submitted at the conclusion of
the program.
Please contact me or Jim Mattern if you have any questions regazding the enclosed
information.
P.0.
