Long <br />Division Daeaor <br />On April 13, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from CAMAS <br />Colorado, Inc. to Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. for this operation. Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. is now <br />the permitted operator of the Momson Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. <br />M-1973-021, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />EnL;losed is the Performance Warranty, which was originally provided.
