On April 13, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from CAMAS
Colorado, Inc. to Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. for this operation. Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. is now
the permitted operator of the Momson Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No.
M-1973-021, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations.
EnL;losed is the Performance Warranty, which was originally provided. The Performance Warrarrty was released
as of the April 13, 2001 Division approval for the succession of operators.
