I suppose the alternative then is for <br /> 18 somebody--if somebody wants to mak e a motion simply to say that <br />' 19 we find that there is a violation, and then we can deal with the <br /> 20 consequences of that afterwards if that's anybody's desire. <br /> 21 MS.
