CYO5hy: <br />This letter addresses the four i_<sues raised in die Division's Adequacy Review letter to <br />CEMEX of October 5, 2007. The DRb1S' comments/questions ate repeated below, <br />foAowed by CEMEX's response. <br />1. Please find artached comments regarding the hydrogeologic investigation and changes to <br />the groundwater monitoring program at the site. The folian+ing ditcxrrimn it in rerponre to Damid <br />Bird'r October 12, 2007 memorandum to Erica Cmrby.: <br />a. Eliminate dissolved thallium and chloride from the analyte list. <br />Because of the history of thallium and chloride detections at the site, eliminating <br />thallium and chloride from the analyte state would be pretnatuxe.
