Enng <br />, <br />Grand Junction, CO 81506 Division D~reaor <br />Re: Red Canyon Nlines (Permit No. C-81-034) <br />Bond Release Application No. 2 (SL-2) <br />Dear Mr. Stover: <br />In accordance with Rule 3.03.2(5)(b) of [he Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), you are hereby notified that the Division's decision [o <br />approve Bond Release Application No. 2 for the Red Canyon Mines became final on July 26, 1999. <br />No requests for an adjudica[ory hearing on our proposed decision were received. Based upon the <br />finalization of the bond release decision, the Division hereby terminates its jurisdiction over the Red <br />Canyon Mine, pursuant to Rule 3.03.3(1). <br />Bond Release No. 2 reduces your reclamation liability by $44,565.00. The current liability is now <br />$0.00.
