My response to the midterm review updates are as follows: <br />1. The required hydrologic monitoring program for the mine <br />is presented on pages 144 and 144a of the permit. The <br />Operator will continue to follow the approved program <br />until it is revised with the approval of the Division. <br />2. Enclosed are copies of revised pages 64 and 64a which <br />were updated with regard to the availability of Cos1bY <br />water taps. Other current information regarding the <br />NPDES Permit and water rights was also incorporated <br />into the revised pages. <br />3. Your comments on the conditions for removal of a <br />sedimentation pond were noted and appreciated. <br />4. Enclosed is a four page summary of all of the wells as- <br />sociated with the Red Canyon Mine. <br />Also enclosed is a application for a technical revision <br />which, when approved, will incorporate the two revised pages into <br />the permit.
