There aze no holders of record of any other leasehold interest in the <br />property to be affected by surface operations and facilities. There are no purchasers of record under a real <br />estate contract of the coal to be mined, <br />l~ Anv purchaser of record under a real estate contract of the propertv to be mined by surface <br />coal minine activities ~r for underground_minineastivities, areas affected by facilities incidental thereto, and anv <br />purchaser of record under a real estate contract of the coal to be mined; <br />RESPONSE <br />Twen[ymile Coal Company is the owner of record of all azeas to be affected by facilities incidental to the <br />surface mining operations, with the exception of the US Government and Cross Mountain Ranch Limited <br />Partnership. Cross Mountain Ranch Limited Partnership is the surface owner of the part of Section 25, <br />TSN, R67W, encompassing a portion of the Mine 2 Area.
