The revision
was called complete on August 18, 2004. The decision due date is August 28, 2004.
In Minor Revision No. 44, Bowie Resources is proposing to construct a synthetic fuels plant, as an
addition to the prepazation plant. The plant would form coal fines into compressed briquettes for fiuther
use, rather than depositing the fines on the coal waste pile. The plant is a self contained unit resting on
skids.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
r~
J seph J.
