'
Requirement
Require-
ment
citation Require-
ment
complied
with ? lyes
/ not

Comment
The Probable Hydrologic Consequences section (Section
4.8.3) of Trapper's mining and reclamation permit discusses the
possibility of a high-TDS plume of coal spoil leachate forming
FF. Prevention of in the 3rd White Sandstone downgradient from the Trapper Mine
adverse in Section 29-T6N-90W. Such a plume would no[ be expected
impacts to CDMG to form until several years, possibly decades, after the pit is
ground water regulation yes reclaimed in the adjoining Section 32. Compared to pre-mining
systems 4.05.11 ground water conditions, such a plume would have elevated
outside the dissolved solids. The elevated dissolved solids could possibly
permit area impair the use of ground water in the 3`d White Sandstone. The
3`d White Sandstone is monitored in the area of the possible
plume in well GP-9. Monitoring data from that well indicate
such a lame has not formed.
Page 5
