Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Truriee <br />RAG-Empire Corporation faxed a letter to DMG on August 6, 2003, requesting the Division extend the <br />proposed decision date for Permit Renewal No. 4 to August 29, 2003. RAG-EC is prepazing responses <br />to the Division's adequacy concems, dated May 23, 2003. Extension of the proposed decision date will <br />allow RAG-EC to respond to the Division's concems. The Eagle Mine Complex permit, C-1981-044, <br />approved October 23, 2000, remains in effect, as per Rule 2.08.5.
