Box 226 <br />Delta, Colorado 81416 <br />RE: Disposal of Underground Development Waste from West Elk Coal Company in <br />Red Canyon Refuse Pile <br />Dear Mr. Reschke: <br />The Division has reviewed the minor revision request pursuant to your letter <br />of July 23, 1984, to allow West Elk Coal Company to dispose of material at the <br />Red Canyon Mine waste site. Information concerning the physical <br />characteristcs of the material has been reviewed by the Division and has been <br />found to be compatible with the Red Canyon waste pile.
