Unaweep Ventures, LLC is now the permitted <br />operator of the Surface Rock Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1984-001, as well as those specified <br />in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is Bank of Grand Junction Letter of Credit No. 110, in the amount of $27,000.00, and the Performance <br />Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as of July 15, 2004 Division approval for the succession of <br />operators.
