Your response letter references a bond in place for <br />removing the wooden bulkhead. The reclamation tasks, <br />outlined in a letter to the Division from COM, Inc.dated <br />June 1, 1995, do not include itemized costs for Hazel A <br />bulkhead demolition. These are itemized below based on <br />the dimensions you provided. <br />1. Demolish the block wall $ 32.40 <br />6' x 5' x 6" = 30 sq ft @ $1.08/sq ft <br />2. Demolish the concrete wall <br />6' x 5' x 10" = 30 sq ft @ $7.87/sq ft $ 236.10 <br />Sub total $ 268.50 <br />3.
